Congrats on the book time! I'm a teacher too. It's always tough deciding between "accomplishing," and "resting." Resting is so important but I hate that failure feeling. It's a big reason I write. Welcome to Poetry Friday. Your found poem is a great way to be in the moment...and then to revisit the good time! Now I feel like going on a hike.
