Read Aloud Day 2018

Today is National Read Aloud Day!

The wonderful Jacqueline Woodson read her book Each Kindness aloud and I shared this with my students. I loved being able to use it today to promote kindness for the month of February. February can be a rather rough month for us, both teachers and students, and our school has started a Fabulous February. There are spirit days, reward recesses, games, and rewards for teachers. It keeps every day new and exciting. I have also decided to incorporate kindness through Random Acts of Kindness and reflection.
